What Is Yoga?

There are many different forms of yoga, including Kundalini, Hatha, Bhakti, Karma Yoga, and soon. At the most practical level, yoga means to unite the body and mind through conscious breathing. We connect to the intuitive, creative part of us, and realize the eternal self at our core. We become aware of all the mysteries of who we truly are. Through mindfulness, we can reveal the luminous intelligence and the beauty that lies within us in our day-to-day lives.

What is Pilates?

Pilates targets the deep core muscles, which include the glutes, hips, and pelvic floor. Just like Yoga, Pilates encourages mindful breathing which is the most essential aspect in order to anchor into the deep core. We inhale fully to invite fresh oxygen (life force) into the lungs and exhale all the stale air out in order to release stagnant energy. Pilates exercise encourages moving with grace, ease, balance, and efficiency.

I believe that a strong core is more than a physical connection; it is the basis of being connected with oneself and feeling grounded in one’s inner power.

Bio-energetic Healing Therapy

This special therapeutic session is a deeply relaxing full-body  treatment. It is a combination of utilizing advanced cold laser light  therapy, a grounding technique, and a gentle healing touch  method to open the meridians (energy pathways) - unwinding  pain, injuries, and stress. Healing therapy works with the nervous system and its intricate connection to the muscles and organs as well as the energy field.

This sequence of advanced techniques enables the entire body to fall into a deep, sleep-like meditative, and peaceful state. It is ideal for clients who suffer from emotional distress, chronic pain, and numerous other health imbalances.
